The fine art world recognizes Jamali as a massive force in contemporary expressionism. According to Jamali's own corporate biography, statements, and historical gallery records, his creations have been sought after by some of the most high-profile collectors, world leaders, and celebrities on the planet. His elite client roster is stated to include iconic figures such as:

  • Sir Elton John

  • Oprah Winfrey

  • Shaquille O'Neal

  • His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan

  • Prime Minister Ehud Olmert of Israel

  • President George H.W. Bush

  • Kris Jenner

  • Kelsey Grammer

  • Emeril Lagasse

  • John W. Henry (Owner of the Boston Red Sox)

  • Jack Welch (Former CEO of General Electric)

  • Bank of America Corporate Headquarters

For years, the prominent Jamali Gallery on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale stood as an exclusive, iron-clad monument dedicated solely to this multi-million-dollar legacy. The gallery maintained a strict rule: no outside artists were ever permitted on the floor.

Except for one historic exception.

Ramez Jamali Features Tony Hammer, a Modern Artist

Recognizing a powerful, sophisticated visual force that perfectly matched the premium caliber of the gallery, Ramez Jamali—the nephew and full business partner of Jamali—brought the original modern art of Tony Hammer of Hammer Fine Art directly into the main gallery space.

This was a deliberate, front-facing placement. Ramez recognized that Tony's abstract vision possessed the depth and raw aesthetic power required to share the floor with the highest echelons of fine art. For close to a few years, Tony Hammer had his original modern art featured inside the gallery.

Tony's original abstract paintings were exhibited among some of the most expensive fine art in the gallery, which happened to include masterworks valued at $2 million. The art held its own out in the open against the highest price tags in the industry, proving its place in the world of luxury residential and business decor.

The Las Olas Art Festival Exhibition

The presence expanded even further during the prestigious, high-society Las Olas Art Festival. Two years in a row, Tony participated in the event directly with the gallery.

The gallery supported Tony so completely that they allowed him to showcase as much of his original modern abstract art as he wanted right out front. Rather than limiting his presence, they gave him the freedom to set up a massive exhibition stretching across the front of the building.

As international collectors, elite buyers, and festival crowds packed the boulevard, his original modern art was displayed covering the entire front of the gallery.

The New Standard

The physical proof of Tony Hammer’s pedigree as a modern original artist is permanently documented. The permanent inside gallery presence running parallel to the highest echelons of fine art, the unrestricted festival exhibition out front, and the art collectors who acquired the work right off the floor tell the full story.

The room was exclusive—until Tony Hammer joined the floor.
